LOOKING FOR THAT ONE INVESTOR IN A MILLION

(YES IT’S LONG - BUT YOU WILL KICK YOURSELF IF YOU DON’T READ IT!)

Only ten at the time – my dad and I were out fishing on a lake during the summer where we camped. After fifteen to twenty minutes of waiting for the fish to bite – dad finally caught the first – and - as I recall – it wasn’t anything to write home about. Sitting across from my dad – I began thinking of how we could catch more fish without investing all this time. That’s when it hit me.

“Hey dad? Don’t take the hook out of its mouth yet. I’ve got one of my brain storms how we can catch a whole bunch of fish.”

Dad was smiling. He knew when I said I had a brain storm – to put stock in it.

“Okay….what do you want me to do?”

“Leave the hook in its mouth and pull out like 15 feet of line from the reel – then cut it.”

Without question – dad did as I asked. Meanwhile – I’d pulled a balloon from my pocket and blew it up – though I had to have dad tie it for me because every time I tried – all the air got out.

“Okay – now what?”

“Now tie the balloon so the air won’t get out - then tie it to the end of the line you cut off – yeah – like that. Now throw the fish back in the water while I toss the line and balloon overboard.”

“What’ll that do?”

“My teacher told me fish swim in schools – like with their friends and relatives. I figure when we see the balloon going in circles – we’ll fish there – knowing it’s with its pals.”

Dad began to snicker at my idea - but did as I asked - and within seconds the balloon moved away from our boat atop the waters surface. Close behind – dad rowed. Some where around fifty to seventy five feet away - the balloon began circling - where we dropped the anchor and threw over our lines. Least I did. Dad had to put a new hook on his - seeing how the fish still had the other one in his mouth.

No more than a minute later – I got the first bite and before I could get my catch into the boat – dad’s line was being tugged on. For the next seven minutes – we hauled in trout and white perch – one after another. I’m talking no sooner drop the line overboard when we’d be pulling in another beauty. It was literally non stop fishing. We’d no sooner toss over our lines with a fresh worm – when we’d have another on the line. Dad finally told me we had to stop - as our freezer wouldn’t hold anymore.

Entrepreneurs with incite; financial investors who became wealthy by “taking a chance” – this is your opportunity to get in on my latest TWO brain storms. The first - is an invention the entire world - in one capacity or another - can utilize. The second of which could EASILY put dozens of millions in your pocket – BUT only if: A) You keep reading. And B) you place “scam” as far away from your thoughts as the east is from the west. This is to say – though my dad is gone – my brain storms aren’t. The problem I have – is trying to locate an “individual” (not a company or business) who enjoys “taking a chance” - sharing in the fun and proceeds – who is willing to do things “my-way”.

The second problem is – I trust no one - and that old come-back of – “You have to trust someone – some time,” means nothing to me. I’ve seen too many of my ideas and brain storms become patented and marketed by others - to the point - I’ve vowed that isn’t going to happen again.

To assist in this not reoccurring - I’ve written patent affidavits on these latest inventions – dating back many – many years. The fact you don’t know how many years – works against anyone considering stealing my idea - where the affidavits detail the items in question – telling of all their claims – etc. Better yet – I’ve written three affidavits - many years apart – in the event someone did try to claim they thought this up on a certain date – one of my prior affidavit would expose being false.

Allow me tell of the buyer audience my first invention would create. In no special order: Law enforcement; fire and rescue; any utility company with workers outside; various factories for employees undertaking a certain type of task; walking postal delivery workers - and members of society all over the world for PROTECTION from a certain “thing” we are all subject to from time to time. It has ten times the audience of the bullet proof vest – yet that was patented and sold millions all over the world.

Production cost is small (after the initial set up) as there are no moving pieces or anything to wear out or break. Fact is – there’s only ONE main piece to it - enabling them to be marketed for a very reasonable price ($30.00 to $100.00) taking into consideration they can save lives and other things - I won’t mention at this time.

So what – exactly am I looking for? I’m looking for gentlemen you probably know – who has more money than the majority – and thoroughly enjoys adventures and gambles – and wants to be behind new inventions becoming the success I know they will be. An individual who likes to “take chances” - knowing his daily interest alone – (of his total worth) - makes up for anything he’d ever invest in OUR invention venture – if this wasn’t everything I say it is.

What I’m not looking for - is ANY company or business in anyway connected with inventions or patents for a business. I believe 75% of them are scams just to rip off the individual who isn’t cautious or knowledgeable of such concerns – and no one could ever convince me otherwise. Though the type of individual I’m seeking DOESN’T NEED any additional money (they’re wealthy) – he/she stands to make a great deal with me and what I have come up with: one of which is a one in a billion dollar invention – without question.

Having said all that – let me add the real enticer which I admit - will be the most difficult and unprofessional approach. Fact is – I’m not a professional. Just barely made it thru high school - though a number of very influential people in my past expressed my IQ is in the 167 arena. Personally – I think that’s baloney. It’s only 164. ;-)

This is to say – you’re not dealing with anyone having been to or graduated from Harvard, Yale or any college for that matter. My statute isn’t of high society – nor am I executive material - though I can dress and look the part if need be. I am very clean cut and business minded - and can “see” things others can’t - and I’m not talking little green women. More to the tune of inventions; ideas; problems; solutions; happenings – etc.

As to our next move – I need to set two possible scenarios. Plan A - will be – you (or who you represent) if interested - will assume a 25% partnership in my “inventions” life - and overall growth - in the form of either selling the eventual patent - or “us” - producing it ourselves - of which you would get your 25% for the duration – paying any initial expenses. Talking me up from that figure - would be fruitless. I don’t dicker!

Plan B is - whatever you have to invest to get this up and selling or sold – you would get back your investment – plus 25% of ONLY your investment. The problem with this plan for you is – what it’ll take to get this up and marketable – isn’t very much – thus – your gain would reflect – making plan one better for you. Again – this is not negotiable!

Your obvious number one question is – what is my invention? What is a my idea? Of which you surely understand – I can’t tell you at this time. Why? It’s NOT patented due to not having the money. It’s not protected - other than my prior mentioned affidavits which aren’t enough for me to just come out and tell what it is. Just as I clearly understand - this presents a serious problem in the sense – how can I expect anyone to invest in something - they don’t even know what it is? Obviously I don’t. It’s just – this isn’t the time to “spill the beans.” I will have to see the degree of seriousness you’re at – which will have to be displayed by 1) your PATIENCE in going about all this my way – at my speed. Anyone only trying to rip me off - will expose that fact by trying to rush me.

2) Once I see you’re willing to go at my pace – and are willing to develop some mild form of trust - going in both directions – we’ll get together and talk of you hiring (paying for - for me) – a patent attorney – in no way connected with you – who will get the patent for me. Your own attorney will draft any agreement you feel necessary to work along with this plan - to protect you inasmuch as – though your name won’t be on the patent – I can’t do anything with it - excluding you. A simply way of words can please us both in this area.

Once I have a patent attorney and he get it patented – at that time I will fill you in on all of the details. But you ask – “You expect me to flip the bill on an attorney - and all that is involved in getting you a patent – not even knowing what it is?” Go directly to the head of the class. As you recall – I’m looking for someone who likes adventure and isn’t concerned with someone else ripping them off – but as importantly – someone who can READ people - who’ll quickly see - that isn’t my game plan. I need to get $$where$$ you’re/they’re at - and I have the mind and inventions to put me there. I simply need someone to help me get started – with you making good money as in the process.

Again – once the patent is obtained – we’ll go over all of the details and I’ll answer any questions you have. Recently I’ve been doing a great deal of work around the house that again – I would have given anything to have had one of my inventions made - and in hand. And I still have a great deal of work to do that requires my invention. In all seriousness – there are hundreds of life and limb saving applications in which this first invention is a must to have. You too – if you do any work around your home – will want one. Millions will be sold.

Q. What happens if - after I pay for the attorney and patents – I don’t feel the invention will get off the ground?

A. A) You will have to believe and trust – that when I say that won’t be the case – it won’t. And B) - You won’t think so - when seeing it. It is a life (and other things) saver and makes numerous activities far safer and more simplified.

Q. What do you estimate my total investment would be in this?

A. I have no idea what a good patent attorneys cost; or patent searches – or anything else. Reflectively – will we want to sell the patent outright – and make a little money – or believe in me that this item will sell millions all over the world – and market it ourselves? It’s too early to determine what this will cost. I can tell you – naturally talking quantity – these should be able to be produced for $15 to $40.00 each - and sell anywhere from $50.00 to $200.00 depending on how elaborate we go with it. In other words – certain models could have electronics in them which would….well….enough said.

INVENTION TWO – “THE BIGGY”

The above mentioned however – is child’s play in the area of money when compared to the following. I’ve had millions in my past (also owning three planes and one helicopter with the ratings to fly each) – and - like many – fallen victim to “A fool and his money will soon depart”. Never again. I’m older now and wiser. Old enough to understand that when I talk of this next invention (also not yet patented but protected by affidavits) and the money it’ll bring us – I wouldn’t blame you if you think I’m stoned (even though I’ve never even tried ANY type of artificial high – drugs or alcohol - in my entire life). Truth is – if you read closely and play detective to back up what I’m saying here of the CLIENTELE we’ll sell to – you’ll see what I’m saying is correct. Please follow closely with as little as I can give you.

First – this next invention is more in the area of a “game” than anything else – only one with no moving parts or other parts - other than its principle self. So production of these – can be as cheap (for the purchaser of the product from us – NOT US) as 20 to 40 CENTS each – and they will sell them for a standard $4.99 each.

Secondly: We will be dealing primarily with the “camps” of HIP HOP and R & B stars - such as 50 Cent; P-Diddy – Beyonce – and the other 300 of them growing ten times faster than any forest fire out west. Why these stars? 1) They make more money than four fifths of God’s Finest and Most Trusted Angels. 2) And they don’t care anything about holding onto it. Spend it as fast. 3) Won’t bat an eyelash to spend on something that will MAKE them (per weeks series – which this game will be) anywhere from 10 to 200 million per week based on world wide sales – allllllll BECAUSE OF – BECAUSE OF – WHO THEY ARE!!! They have followers around earth - numbering countless fans! Fans who will buy anything they have their name or photos on - or touched. 4) These hip hop stars livvvvvvvvvvvv & lovvvvvv to out-do each other. Have the best. Have the most. Be the hottest. My game will put them there - far higher than they already are. 5) My game – sold to them on a 52 week series – will - in all honestly – (or seriously could) bring them in from 500 million – to 2.4 BILLION dollars each year - world wide – all and ONLY because of WHO they are.

And what is their investment PER each week’s series game to us? One million (52 million for a 52 week’s series). – They spend that much each month on BLING BLING that won’t bring in a cent. Believe me - they will FIGHT over who gets my games first and the most. Why fight? Because I have to make them - and unless I teach/train others – (which I would naturally do) I can only take on about 20 hip hop stars per year – which is still $1,040,000,000.00 for us – with our expense of ohhhh….maybe $1500.00.

Now…what I’m telling you is – that as soon as one hip hop star sees the first of my games in the stores of another hip hop star – they will be beating down our doors to have their series made – at which time - the 20 stars who do get in on it - I can handle myself each year – will be filled quickly. But – being the owner operator of this company – obviously I won’t want to make them at all - once we get going – so I will teach others how to do it - so I don’t have to. This would mean we can then take on countless other hip hop stars and – best of all – ANY super star in ANY sports – movie actors – and other singers/groups – etc. Anyone who is ALREADY a household name and larger than life – will make hundreds of millions with my game - BECAUSE they are a weekly COLLECTABLE ITEM – and so attractive – they’re hard NOT to want or buy after seeing one. Not to mention – fun to play. And each game is different than any other – no two alike. Positively a collectors item.

If this interest you – believe me when I say – it gets $$sooooo$$$ much better for us from here out – and for anyone who purchases my game. I’ve had years to “work out the bugs” along with that ability being one of my specialties. I’m at the gate now and ready to start this life long dream. I just need a partner-investor to get us going and one wise enough when meeting and dealing with me – to see there is no way anyone is ripping me off. You – your camp – or anyone else – won’t have “taking my idea” in mind – so if this is you’re only interest – spare us both by not contacting me. 98% of any past invention - never held a position capable of bringing in as much as this second one of mine will. And why? Again: BECAUSE OUR CUSTOMERS (HIP HOP – STARS) MAKE MILLIONS DAILY AND SPEND IT JUST AS FAST. And because our game will make them - farrrrrrrrrrrr more than their videos – songs – Cd’s - or movies make – they will see this is a MUST HAVE for their corporation – as well as the fact - they will make quite possibly – over a hundred million PER week – BASED ON HOW POPULAR THEY ARE. It all revolves around their popularity: NOTHING ELSE!

In all honesty –the HIP HOP Industry is taking over the world of music. Look at any “Billboards” list and count the number of HIP HOP stars - to rock – pop – jazz etc. all put together – can’t touch Hip Hop. And there isn’t a day go by in which yet another African American is now a new Hip Hop star. From kids 13 to 15 – to the older generation – HIP HOP music is a legend in its own time: like it or not. Check out the CABLE/DISH TV music channels and see what dominates this area of the lineup. Hip Hop and its stars – are even replacing members of The Forbes List.

Will my game/invention work for you? Never! Would it work for has-beens or wannabees? Never happen. I’m playing on (using to my benefit) the fact - these people are household names. Are loved my many. Elvis would have made over a billion EACH week on my game. 24’s Jack Bauer would/could take in a hundred mill a week – for his 52 week series. Would the remaining Beatles score well with it? Probably not. Tom Cruise? He wouldn’t lose anything. Beyonce? 50 mill - to three million PER WEEK. The key to it all is – we aren’t dealing with poor society. We’re dealing with $$$HUNGRY$$$ world renown stars - who have what we want and don’t mind investing/spending it on something THEIR camp will push them into doing - once explained to them as I have detailed in my prepared promotional material.

The real enticer I’ve filtered into this is – each game - in EACH 52 week series of EACH star - is numbered. With each purchase – the customer buying the weekly series game - receives a receipt. By showing (to any store selling them) all 52 receipts at the end of the series – the customer automatically receives/wins a 40’ x 30” – breath taking game also numbered. Shortly after - on BET TV – or - any other show (which all major news teams will follow closely and run specials on - because of who they involve) there will be the actual star owning said series – making a drawing to pick TEN of the numbers assigned to the end of series - free 30 x 40 game. If you are one of the ten who was picked – you (one of the ten) will get to spend a day with the star in question at Disneyland (or where ever). Now hey? If you don’t think this will establish literally MASSIVE weekly series sales – you might want to try getting up on the other side of your bed. I’ve got a list of stars myself - I’d give about anything to meet – let alone – spend eight hours with.

I think this is adequate to see if you’re “in” or out. If you’re in – let me know in more than one or two lines. I’m very leery of one or two line responses. They’re simply “fishing” - and I have the balloon to catch anyone merely curious – as you read in the beginning. I actually lose sleep most nights tossing and turning – KNOWING I could be the next BILLIONAIRE – yet can’t get there - from here – being only “one cog in the wheel”.
