If you haven’t recently reviewed your Will, or, indeed, even made a Will, then you have a few more days left to take advantage of this month’s Will Aid campaign.
Will Aid is a bi-annual scheme that takes place throughout November and involves solicitors offering a free will-writing service in exchange for a donation to charity. A recent survey revealed that 70% of people do not have an up-to-date Will, either because they have never written a Will or because they have failed to keep it up-to date and do not fully realise the possible consequences….
