Mr. lewis, i am co executor of my daughters trust fund. I am looking to move to spain with my family in 12mnths and invest £18,000 from her trust fund in buying land for her in spain. Our solicitor in UK has written this ‘could be in breach of trust’as the funds by law cannot leave england . I would be very grateful if you would give me some advice on this matter. Barrie
