February 6th, 2006 No Comments » | POSTED BY ROB

The Telegraph has some useful tips on how you can save money on your household bills. The usual suspects, gas and electricity, are covered, but the article also covers the savings that can be made by switching your phone and broadband suppliers.

The article suggests that the savings can be as much as £700 if you’re yet to undertake any sort of bill switching:

Average savings are £140 on utility bills, £120 on telephone costs and £250 from energy-saving measures.
Those with broadband can save a further £180 because prices have fallen dramatically over the past year – bringing total savings to nearly £700.
