Money Makeover: High Earning Family with 4 Kids

February 8th, 2006 No Comments » | POSTED BY ROB

Another money makeover in the Independent discusses the finances of a family from Plymouth.

Between them, mum and dad bring in £80,000 a year, yet they claim they struggle to make ends meet. Their problems are that they have a fair on credit cards, and £16,000 left to pay off on a personal loan, which was used to fund a buy-to-let property, which on its own is costing them £305 per month.

The concensus is mixed amongst thje experts as to whether they should simply sell the buy-to-let property in order to clear their debts.
