Scotsman: Aberdeen Is No1 Property Hotspot As Prices Soar 27%

ABERDEEN has recorded the biggest increase in house prices in Scotland during 2006, with the average property now costing £171,767 - a jump of 27 per cent from last year, according to Bank of Scotland’s annual house price survey.
