ISA Deadline Today

April 5th, 2006

Don’t forget that today (April 5th) sees the end of the 2005/2006 tax year, and if you’re yet to use up your ISA allowance for this year, you must invest today in order not to lose it.

If you’ve left it this late and still wish to make use of your allowance, you will probably now have to invest online or over the telephone, and will probably need a debit card with sufficient cleared funds in the account in order to do so.

I know that some providers and brokers will still allow you to personally hand in paper applications, although at this late stage the web or phone are probably the safest option.

Don’t forget, another ISA allowance is just around the corner - you’ll get one tomorrow (April 6th), in fact.
