You have quite a good rate and at least it&#039;s fixed. It&#039;s good to know what you&#039;re paying every month. Hopefully in 3 years, when you need to re mortgage, things will be a little better,fingers crossed.
Ours should go down £50-£60 as we have a flexible tracker, 0.49% above base rate. Going to put is towards overpayments.</description>
