18-25 Year Olds Most Likely To Use Mobile Financial Services

People in the 18 to 25 year old age group are the most likely to use mobile financial services according to recent research in the U.S.. Interestingly, they are also the most likely to move their accounts to a provider that will offer them mobile services:

Mobile financial services by age group

The research would appear to suggest that mobile services are still not a major requirement for the majority of bank customers, regardless of their age, although I suspect this will start to change quite rapidly.
