- Get the price right – get a few estate agents to provide you with a valuation, and check out the local papers for prices of houses in the area.
- Don’t be shy – although estate agents might think otherwise, it can be good for you to be in your house when buyers are viewing the property.
- Do it yourself – why not list your house on property websites yourself, and take out ads in your local paper.
