There’s a very interesting post by Cliff D’Arcy of The Motley Fool about the financial mistakes he’s made in the past, and how much each has cost him.

In brief he spent 4 years’ wages on gambling (blackjack in particular), failed miserably on “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?”, and missed out on nearly £100,000 after ignoring his wife’s advice a couple of times. Oh and he racked up a fair amount of debt, missed out on a fairly handy pension payment and failed to climb the property ladder when he could have made a bit of a killing along the way. It happens to the best of us.
