The BBC reports that the take up of the funds has reached about 75% (up from around 50% a few months ago). In total, about 1.5 million CTF accounts have been opened since the scheme launched.
So there are still plenty of parents who are yet to do anything, but in a few months time those kind people at the Revenue & Customs will decide where their childs’ money goes for them.
