    Pure political spite. New Labour do not care about rural areas , concentrating on their strongholds in key cities. They forget that there are a lot of votes in the countryside still and this could come back and sting them in the backside. This will have a big impact on a heck of a lot of elderly and frail citizens( just the folk who need help ) What an absolute disgrace.
