Interesting concept that could help solve a number of financial institution issues. However, considering the number of people who still do not even have bank accounts and instead rely upon check cashing same day loan providers, this trend is still pretty far in the future. In addition, the number of people using prepaid, feature-based cellphones or even without a cellphone is still quite large. I do see this happening, I just think it will be sometime before it’s truly mainstream.
